Q. I don't have time...

A. Make time for you. HIIT sessions are the most effective training method for those with little time available to train. Bodyfit sessions last just 30mins. They can be completed prior to work, whilst the tea is cooking, before bedtime etc.

Q. I am too unfit...

A. HIIT workouts are for all abilities. They offer beginners a quicker way to see results. You are constantly pushing yourself out of your OWN comfort zone, therefore you can never get bored with your workout!







Q. Lack of motivation...

A. Bodyfit guides you through goal setting, helping you set manageable short term and long term goals to keep you motivated and positive along the way. Keep chipping way at the short term goals and you'll achieve your long term goal before you know it.

Q. Why HIIT sessions...

A. HIIT training burns calories and fat in a shorter period of time as well as continuing to do so 24 hours after your session is complete. HIIT workouts are cost effective, requiring zero equipment, just a small open space. Each session is different, covering a wide variety of body weight exercises.

Q. I am currently carrying an injury...

A. If you have an injury that will impact any type of body weight movement then wait until you are back to full fitness before starting the Bodyfit programme as the HIIT sessions target the whole body so injury that will limit full movement will effect the results of the programme. 

Q. I'm worried I'll do it wrong...

A. The Bodyfit Programme has in depth written details of each and every exercise at the back of the progamme in the exercise bible as well as having clear photos of each movement broken down. I am always available for guidance if you are still unsure @SophieMorganPT
