It is important as a netball player to make sure you are physically prepared for the demands that netball has on the body. Fitness for netball is something that can be done in your own time and isn't something that should be focused on too much during on court training sessions.
NetballFIT aims to do the below:

NetballFIT is designed for all ages and all abilities, from juniors competing regularly in local leagues, prem division players to back to netball teams.
